Shipping

Dispatch Times

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been posted. In the event of any delays in dispatch times we will notify you via email.

Customs Fees

Customs charges may apply on international purchases, the customer is responsible for paying these charges. If custom fees are unpaid and the order is returned to us the buyer will only be refunded 80% of the order value due to admin fees. Returns will not be accepted based off of unpaid customs fees.

Unclaimed or Returned Shipments

If an order is unclaimed by the customer and/or returned to Flashback Cameras due to an incomplete address, we will reach out to the customer. If after 30 days the customer does not respond we will refund the customer in full. The customer must pay for a re-dispatch if an order is returned to us.
