Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with every camera you buy from Flashback Cameras. We describe every item as accurately as we can, including any cosmetic wear or known limitations, so please read listings carefully before purchasing.

Your right to return

If you're not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the item price. This is in line with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Returned in the same condition it was sent to you
  • Accompanied by any accessories, cables, or extras included in the original order
  • Sent back within 14 days of delivery

How to start a return

Simply contact us before sending anything back. You can reach us via the contact page or by replying to your order confirmation. Let us know your order number and the reason for your return and we'll get back to you promptly with next steps.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Faulty or not as described

If your camera develops a fault within 30 days of delivery that was not disclosed in the listing, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible with a description of the issue and, where helpful, a short video or photos.

We take our listings seriously and describe every item honestly. If something has been misrepresented, we will always make it right.

Items not covered

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Items damaged after delivery through misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised repair
  • Faults that arise from use of incompatible accessories or batteries not supplied by us
  • Change of mind returns received outside the 14-day window

Return postage

Where an item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage. For change of mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Please note — all cameras sold by Flashback Cameras are pre-owned. Natural signs of previous use (as described in individual listings) do not constitute a fault and are not grounds for return. We encourage all buyers to read product descriptions fully before purchasing.
